I am a certified coach and I empower people’s professional and personal lives through life &
career coaching. For life coaching I assist my clients to explore deeper about their personalities,
values, beliefs to truly understand themselves and to live authentically. For career
coaching/mentoring I support clients to identify their skills and what their passion is
enhancing their careers. With my own background being in Japan for over 15 years, I mentor
clients to gain resilience and being able to thrive in a multi-cultural work environment.

I was very touched how well the artist capture my love and support for people. The artist could
not only hear my words when I explained her mission but eflt and understood my true feelings
how I can make a change in people’s life with my work, care and support. Looking at her work
reminds me how passionate I am about being a coach.

アーティストが私の愛と人々への支援をいかにうまく捉えているかにとても感動しました。
その時涙が出来ました。作家は、私が自分のミッションを説明したときに私の言葉を聞いただけでなく、私の仕事、ケア、サポートによって人々の人生に変化をもたらすことができるという私の本当の気持ちを感じ取り、理解したのです。アーティストの作品を見ていると、私がコーチであることにどれほど情熱を注いでいるかがよくわかります。

much I care about the well-being of people.

友人やクライアントからは、コーチである私の情熱や、人々の幸福をどれだけ大切に思っているかがアートに反映されていると言われました。

今後、もし社員や取引先、ご家族の方のためにビジョンペインティングを描いてもらうとしたら、誰のために、どのような作品を描いてもらいたいでしょうか？

I would like a vision painting to be done for my older brother. He is a psychologist and I think
if he could have an artwork in his clinic, it would reflect his work and clients will be drawn to
the painting with awe.

私は、兄のためにビジョンペインティングをしてもらいたいと思っています。彼は心理学者ですが、もし彼のクリニックにアート作品があれば、彼の仕事を反映し、クライアントが畏敬の念を持って絵に引き寄せられると思います。
